Do you have a physical store?

Yes. East Eden is located at 213 E Dimond Blvd, Anchorage, Alaska 99515. You can also choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order in store — just wait for your pickup confirmation before heading over.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the method you choose at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number by email after your order ships — allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders $50 and up within the United States.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Email friends@eastedenstore.com to start a return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at friends@eastedenstore.com with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right.

I’m new to Japanese stationery. Where do I start?
