Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed during our normal business days and hours. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside business hours may begin processing the next business day.
During busy seasons, product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order’s weight, package size, destination, and available carrier services.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address. Once your order has been shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Please note that shipping to and from Alaska may sometimes take longer than standard estimated delivery windows.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your pickup confirmation before coming to the store.
When picking up your order, please bring your order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
East Eden is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you about next steps.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was caused by an error on our part.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for transit and delivery.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help you locate it. We may ask you to contact the carrier directly or file a claim depending on the shipping method used.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building, or your local carrier office first.
Damaged Packages or Items
We pack orders carefully, but damage can occasionally happen during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and do our best to make it right through a replacement, store credit, refund, or carrier claim when applicable.
Please keep the damaged item and packaging until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may require photos or inspection.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the missing item.
We will review the order and packing record and help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be unavailable for certain shipping methods due to size, weight, carrier restrictions, or destination limitations.
If we are unable to ship your order as placed, we will contact you.
